You’re Not Assigned To Any Branch – Error Explanation & How To Fix It

 

If you encounter the “You’re not assigned to any branch” error, it usually means the system cannot link your account to an active branch. This can happen for one of the following reasons:

1. You Are Not Assigned to Any Branch

Your staff profile may not be linked to a branch yet. A system admin or manager needs to assign you manually.

How to fix it:

  1. Go to Company Settings

  2. Open Branches

  3. Select the relevant branch and click Edit

  4. Choose the staff member you want to assign

  5. Click Save

Once assigned, log out and log back in to ensure the changes take effect.

2. Your Account Was Automatically Closed Due to a Due Payment

If there is an outstanding or overdue payment on the account, the system may automatically close access, which can trigger this error.

How to fix it:

  • Check if there is any due or outstanding payment

  • Settle the payment

  • Once resolved, access should be restored automatically, or an admin may need to reopen the account
