Why can't I see my instructor when creating a class or scheduling an appointment?

Here are two steps to ensure you can see your instructor in classes and appointments:


Instructor Visibility in Classes: If you're unable to see the trainer when creating a class, please ensure they are selected as an instructor and assigned to the relevant branch. To do this, go to Company Settings > Branches from the left menu. Edit the relevant branch by clicking the pen icon, select the instructor from the dropdown menu, and save. You should then be able to see them when creating a class.


Instructor Visibility in Appointments: To view the instructor on the appointments calendar, ensure they are assigned to the branch and assigned to a specific service. Go to Company Settings > Appointment Services, click on the service they provide, and select "Assign Staff." Once this is done, you should see the staff member appear in the appointments schedule.
