WHAT DOES “SESSIONS OWED” MEAN?

Sessions owed are classes that clients booked without having a valid package. You can control how many sessions they can owe under Additional Online Booking Settings > Sessions Owed.

We recommend keeping it at 2 max to prevent unpaid sessions.
