How to View Your Support Tickets
Need to check on a support request? Here’s how to view all your tickets in just a few steps:
Step-by-Step:
- Log in to the Portal
- Click on “Need Help”
- A blue chat icon will pop up in the bottom-right corner 🔵
- Click the chat icon, then hit the plus (+) icon
- A message will appear saying:
“To view your tickets please visit https://customer.joinin2.com/tickets” - Click on the link
- You’ll be redirected to your Support Tickets Dashboard
🗂️ What You’ll See:
- Ticket ID
- Subject
- Created Date
- Last Activity
- Status – (Opened, Waiting for Reply, Closed, Done )
This makes it easy to stay on top of every conversation with the support team
