Master the Client Summary: Track Balances, Invoices & More
The Client Summary is your financial control center—where you see everything related to what a client owes, paid, or should be reminded about. Here's a sporty walkthrough to keep your back office sharp and fast :
At the Top: Know Your Totals
- Balance: The total financial standing of the client.
- Outstanding Balance: Unpaid amounts for services and/or products.
- Credits: Includes receipts and credit notes that can be used to pay later.
📄 Service Invoices (Classes & Sessions)
When a client buys a single pass for example or any service, it shows here.
Each entry displays:
- Invoice Number, Description, Date, Discount, Amount, Paid, Credit Note, Balance
- Under Actions ➡️ Tap Credit Note to refund via credit (explained in detail [in the Credit Note article])
Click on any Invoice Number to:
- View full invoice details
- See allocated receipts
- Print Invoice if needed
-Product Invoices (POS Sales)
These come from your POS module when a product is sold.
Same fields as service invoices, but:
- Action here = Return 🔁
- Choose quantity
- Select refund payment method
- Hit Submit to process the return
- Choose quantity

🧾 Receipts / Payments
Track how and when payments happened.
You’ll see:
- RCT Number, Description (how was the payment done, it could be “payment received” or “online payment received” or “refund” or “credit note refund”, etc.)
- Date, Payment Method, Amount, Allocated, Credits
- Action ➡️ Tap Print Receipt
🪙 Credit Notes
Filed when you refund a client using credit instead of cash. Each line includes:
- CN Number, Description (e.g. "Credit Note for INV-00989")
- Date, Payment Method, Amount, Allocated Amount, Credits
- Action ➡️ Delete if needed

⏰ Payment Reminders
If any payment reminder is linked to the client, you'll find it here.
You’ll see:
- Date, Description, Amount, Completed (Yes/No)
- Actions:
- Receive Payment
- Mark as Paid
- Delete Reminder
- Receive Payment
