Track Every Transaction: Master the Client Statement 

The Client Statement gives you a full, transparent view of every financial move tied to a client—past, present, and what's coming up. It's your go-to for transaction history and quick actions 

 

 Accessing the Statement

Head to:
Client’s Profile → Click Balance → Click View Statement

 

 Quick Actions at the Top

Once inside, you’ve got 3 powerful options to take control:

  1. Receive Payment

    • Use this to collect any outstanding balance instantly.

  2. Add Payment Reminder

    • Create a due-date-based reminder to gently nudge your client later.

  3. Opening Balance

    • Set a starting balance (use negative value if the client owes you, e.g., -180)

    • Add a note and click OK

 

Transaction Table – The Full Timeline

You’ll now see every transaction recorded from day one, including:

  • RCT, INV, CN Numbers

  • Date, Description, Notes, Amount

  • Cumulative Balance (how much is owed or paid after each step)

  • Branch (where the transaction happened)

 Under Actions, you can:

  • Edit (e.g. change the branch name if needed)

  • Delete a transaction (if done in error)

  • Edit Columns  – Show more (or less) based on what matters to you
