Monitor Client Feedback On Classes And Instructors With The Ratings And Reviews Report. Track Scores, Written Reviews, And Performance Trends To Improve Service Quality

 

Track how clients rate your classes and instructors with this detailed feedback tool — perfect for maintaining high service quality and boosting performance!


How Ratings and Reviews Work

Enable the Feature:

  • Go to Company Settings > Online Booking > Additional Online Booking Settings

  • Toggle ON the Ratings and Reviews option

Client Experience:

  • After completing a class or private session, clients will see a “Submit a Review” button

  • Clicking it opens a form where they can:

    • Rate the activity

    • Leave a review

    • Rate the instructor

    • Leave a review

Notifications:

  • Once submitted, you’ll receive an email containing the feedback.


🛑 Important Notes

  • Visibility: Reviews are only visible to your business team — not to clients or instructors

  • Time Limit: Clients must submit within 72 hours of the session

  • One-Time Review: Each client can review a specific activity only once


Accessing the Report

Go to the Reports section > Find Ratings and Reviews Report under feedback or client engagement.


What’s Inside the Report?

You’ll see a list of individual reviews with the following columns:

  1. Client Name

  2. Phone Number

  3. Email

  4. Activity Name

  5. Activity Date

  6. Activity Time

  7. Activity Type (Regular = class, Private = PT session)

  8. Activity Rating (1–5)

  9. Activity Review (Written comment)

  10. Instructor Name

  11. Instructor Rating

  12. Instructor Review


Monthly Summary (Top of Report)

Based on the selected date range, you’ll get:

  • Nb. of Activity Ratings

  • Nb. of Instructor Ratings

  • Nb. of Activity Reviews

  • Nb. of Instructor Reviews

  • Avg. Activity Ratings

  • Avg. Instructor Ratings

This helps you track quality metrics at a glance 


⚙️Report Filters

 Group By Options:

  • As Simple – Plain list

  • Activity – Grouped by class

  • Instructor – Grouped by trainer

 Report Filters:

  • Ratings Above – Show only ratings higher than X

  • Ratings Below – Show only ratings lower than X


 Extra Tools

  • Export the report to Excel to share with your team or for deeper analysis

  • 🔍 Use the Search Box to quickly find specific clients, classes, or instructors
