Identify And Reconnect With Clients Who Haven’t Visited Recently Using The Inactive Clients Report. Filter By Last Visit, Export Data, And Send Reactivation Emails Easily

 

This report helps you identify clients who haven’t engaged with your services recently—great for reactivation campaigns and improving retention.


How It Works

The system uses the buffer period (set in Additional Online Booking Settings) to determine which clients are considered inactive. Any client who hasn’t attended a session beyond this period will appear here.


 How to Use the Report

  1. Go to the Reports section.

  2. Select Inactive Clients Report.

  3. In the “Last Visited (Days)” field, enter the number of days since a client’s last visit (e.g., 7 for clients who haven’t attended in over a week).

  4. Click Apply to filter results.


Displayed Columns

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email

  • Last Visit (e.g., “50 days ago”)

  • Total Visits (Total number of attended sessions)


Available Actions

  • Send Email: Target inactive clients with promotional offers or reminders to encourage them to return.

  • 📎 Export Report: Export the data for external use or analysis.
