Learn How IN2 Handles Late Class Cancellations—Track Attendance Status, Apply Deductions Or Fees Automatically Based On Client Package Type

This guide explains how the system manages late cancellations for clients who booked a class but did not cancel on time. Follow these steps to understand what happens and how it reflects on the client’s account.

1. Access the Class Session

  1. Go to the Activities menu.

  2. Select Training Session or classes.

  3. Click on the specific class to open the session page.

You’ll see a list of clients who booked the class, along with their status.

2. What Happens When a Client Late Cancels

If a client cancels the class too late (outside the allowed cancellation window):

  • Their name will still appear in the class attendee list.

  • Under the Attendance section, it will automatically be marked as "Late Cancellation"

3. How It Affects the Client’s Package

Depending on the type of package the client holds, the system will take the following actions:

Pass-Based Packages

  • One session will be deducted from the client’s remaining passes.

Preselected Packages

  • The session will be counted as attended, even though the client did not show up.

Unlimited Packages

  • The system will apply a late cancellation fee to the client’s account.

✅ Summary

Late cancellations are automatically tracked by the system to ensure accountability and enforce policies fairly:

  • Always review the Attendance section after a session.

  • The system will manage package impacts and fees based on the client’s plan.
