The Cash Report gives you a detailed view of all financial transactions recorded in the system—whether client payments or supplier expenses. It’s designed to help you track cash flow, monitor staff activities, and reconcile with accounting systems.
Report Columns Explained
- Transaction ID: System-generated (mainly for developer use).
- Transaction Number: e.g., RCT-001295 (receipt) or PMT-009876 (payment).
- User: The staff who performed the transaction.
- If the user name matches the client name, the transaction was made online.
- If the user name matches the client name, the transaction was made online.
- Supplier: Will appear only for supplier-related payments.
- Date: When the transaction occurred.
- Description: Example: “Payment Received.”
- Notes: Usually includes membership/package name or other details.
- Payment Method: E.g., Cash, Card, Online, etc.
- Original Currency: The system's base currency (e.g., USD).
- Amount in Original Currency: The transaction amount as entered.
- Amount in USD (with commission): Shows USD equivalent with applied fees if applicable.
- Reference Number: If available (e.g., from bank/card transaction).
- Branch: Indicates which location processed the payment.
- Client Email: For client-related transactions.
- Client Phone Number
- Synced: Yes/No – indicates whether the transaction is synced with an accounting platform (e.g., Zoho Books).

You can customize how you view the data by choosing from multiple report types:
