Understanding Appointment Earnings
The Appointment Earnings report allows you to track the revenue generated from each individual appointment. This is crucial for evaluating instructor performance, service popularity, and overall business profitability.
Where to Find It
- Navigate to the left-hand menu in the IN2 System.
- Go to Reports.
- Under the Financial section, click on Appointment Earnings.
What You'll See
Upon clicking, you’ll be presented with a detailed report table containing:
- Client Name – The name of the client who booked the appointment.
- Date – The date the appointment took place.
- Instructor – The staff member who conducted the session.
- Title – Type or title of the appointment/service.
- Branch – Where the appointment was held.
- Session Owed – Indicates if the client owes a session.
- Unlimited Membership – Shows whether the client used an unlimited membership to book.
- USD Earnings – The gross revenue earned from the session.
- Net USD Earnings – The net revenue after tax deductions.
- Tax Amount – How much tax was applied on that session.
Filtering Options
To narrow down your search, use the filter tools available at the top of the report:
- Date – Choose a specific day, week, or custom range.
- Service Type – Filter by the type of appointment offered.
- Instructor – View earnings per trainer or staff member.
- Level – Based on service categorization or package level.
- Branch – If you operate in multiple locations, view reports by branch.
Totals Section
- At the top or bottom of each appointment type, you’ll find a summary row.
- Total Earnings – Gross earnings for that service type.
- Net Earnings – Net income after subtracting applicable taxes.
- Total Earnings – Gross earnings for that service type.
