Track Clients With Unpaid Or Unassigned Sessions Using The Sessions Owed Report. Identify Past And Upcoming Owed Bookings, Reconcile With Valid Packages, And Maintain Accurate Financial Records
The Sessions Owed Report helps you keep track of all clients who have booked or attended sessions without a valid package. This ensures that you maintain financial accuracy and client accountability.
Where to Find It
- Go to the Reports module in the IN2 system.
- Navigate to the Clients Section.
- Click on Sessions Owed Report.
What the Report Displays
This report provides a detailed table with:
- Client Name
- Phone Number (if available)
- Email Address
- Past Sessions Owed – Unreconciled sessions that already occurred.
- Upcoming Sessions Owed – Sessions booked in advance without a valid package.
Filtering Options
You can customize the view using:
- Date & Time Filters – Choose a specific date range.
- Client Branch vs. Transaction Branch – Filter where the client is registered vs. where the session occurred.
- Branch Selector – View sessions owed per business location.
Totals and Reconciliation
- otal Sessions Owed – Displayed on the top-left corner of the report.
- Reconcile a Session – Click on a session and select Reconcile to link it with a valid package.
- ⚠️ Important: The client must have an active package valid for the session date.
- If not, you will need to sell or assign a package before reconciliation.
