The Field Rental Report allows you to track all your rental reservations and earnings from rented fields or courts within your business. This is essential for monitoring usage, income, and payment status.
Where to Find It
- Go to the left-hand menu in the IN2 system.
- Click on Reports.
- Under the Classes & Appointments section, select Field Rental.
What the Report Displays
The report provides a detailed table for each rental, including:
- Field Name – Main field or court rented.
- Sub-field Name – Specific section or type of the field.
- Category – The rental category (e.g., football, padel).
- Client Name – Person who booked the rental.
- Booking Source – Whether the booking was made online or offline.
- Price – Full price of the reservation.
- Discount – Any applied discount amount.
- Earnings – Gross income in the local currency.
- Tax Earnings – Amount of tax applied to the booking.
- Net Earnings – Total earnings after tax.
- Payment Status – Indicates if the booking is paid or unpaid.
- Payment Method – Whether the payment was made online or offline.
- Amount Paid – How much has been received.
- Outstanding Balance – If there's any amount still unpaid.
- Start Date & Time – When the rental begins.
- End Date & Time – When the rental ends.
