Discover How The IN2 App Helps You Book Classes, Manage Sessions, And Create Activities—All In One Place For Clients And Trainers

 

The IN2 app is your central tool for booking, managing sessions, and staying connected with your favorite fitness facilities. Here's a breakdown of its main sections:


1. Home Screen (Explore Section)

This is the first thing you see when you open the app.

 Explore Options:

  • Facilities:
    View all studios, gyms, academies, etc.
    ➤ You can search for any business and book a class directly with them.

  • Classes:
    Browse all available classes across all businesses on IN2.

  • Activities:
    See all user-created activities like games or training sessions.
    ➤ Example: A user taps the ➕ plus icon → chooses Create Game → picks a sport (e.g. tennis, basketball), sets a date and time — it will appear here.

  • Upcoming Sessions:
    View all your upcoming bookings.
    ➤ If you're a trainer/staff, your sessions will be highlighted with a blue Trainer box.

  • All Businesses:
    Quickly browse and access any business profile to book directly.


2. Calendar View

  • Shows all your sessions: upcoming and past.

  • If you enable calendar mode, your sessions will be displayed in a full calendar format for better planning.


3. Plus Icon (Middle Tab)

Used for creating new sessions:

  • Create an Activity/Game

  • Book a Private Session
    ➤ Available to both clients and trainers.


4. Notifications

  • View all app notifications related to your bookings, updates, etc.

  • Tap the three lines (≡) at the top to clear all notifications at once.


5. Profile Section

Everything related to your IN2 account:

  • Activities Joined

  • Active Packages

  • Connected Businesses

  • View IN2’s Terms and Conditions

This section gives you full visibility into your current memberships and activity history.
