Let’s Get You Logged In!
Once a staff member is added to the system, they’ll receive an email with their login credentials 📨
You’ve got 2 easy ways to access your account:
✅ Option A: Direct from Email
Click "Confirm Your Email" in the welcome email.
You’ll be redirected straight to the IN2 Portal.
✅ Option B: Log in via the Website
- Head to joinin2.com
- Click Login at the top-right corner
- Enter your email address and the password you received
🧠 Having trouble logging in?
- Click forget password
- Submit
- Check your inbox for email admin@joinin2.com
- Look for an email containing a link to reset your password.
- Set a new password: Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
- Password: Enter a new password that you would like to use.
- Confirm new password: Re-enter the new password to confirm and make sure it matches the one you entered earlier.

- Didn’t receive your login email?
Reach out to your business admin or contact IN2 Support to resend or reset your login. - Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot Password", enter your email, and follow the reset instructions 🔒
