SET UP YOUR STAFF ROLES ANDACCESS LEVELS

Setting Up Staff Roles Allows You To Control What Each User Level Can Access And Do In The System

How to Set Staff Roles

  1. Go to:
Company Settings > Staff > Staff Roles

  2. What You’ll See:
A full list of system sections where you can assign access permissions for different staff levels (e.g., Level 1, Level 2, Admin...).

  3. Sections You Can Control Access To:

    • Dashboard
    • Activities
    • Private Sessions
    • Fields / Rooms
    • Clients
    • POS (Point of Sale)
    • Reports
    • Company Settings
    • Gym
    • Mobile App
    • Expenses
    • Suppliers
    • Payroll
    • Workout

Example – Give Trainer Access to Submit Attendance

Let’s say you want a Level 1 staff member (e.g., a Trainer) to submit class attendance using the mobile app:

✅ Go to the Mobile App section
✅ Tick the box for Level 1 next to Submit Class Attendance

That’s it — this staff level will now be able to submit attendance from their mobile interface.

 Assigning Access Levels to Staff

  • While creating a new staff profile, you can directly assign their access level.

  • You can always edit existing staff members and update their role level if responsibilities change.

📝 Note:

All staff who are logged into the system can be assigned one or more permission levels based on their role in your business. This ensures each team member only sees what they need.
