Booking Preferences (Checkbox Options)

✅ Online Class Booking
Allow clients to book classes online.

Needed if using pass-based or preselected unlimited packages.

✅ Register Before Booking
Require clients to register before booking.

Recommended with preselected packages.

✅ Online Booking Fields
Allow clients to book fields or courts online.

✅ Hide "Download IN2 App"
Hide the app banner on your website.

✅ Show Booking Message
Display a welcome or instructional message the first time clients book.

✅ Online Activity Bookings
Allow clients to book group activities via the app.

✅ Online PT Service Bookings
Enable booking for personal training and 1-on-1 sessions via the app.

✅Call business for PT Online bookings
Enable it if you don't want clients to book appointments or PT sessions via the app.
Note that clients will get a pop up when trying to book: To book your PT session, please reach out to us at "your business phone number".

✅ Enable Receipt Email
Send payment receipts automatically after transactions.

✅ Enable Number of Attendees on the App
Let clients see how many people are booked in each class.

✅ Disable ‘Select Package’ for Pay-Later Bookings
When this is enabled, clients who choose “Pay Later” won’t be able to select a package (avoids owing packages to the business).

✅ Enable Cancellation for Rentals
Let clients cancel rentals directly from the app.

Online Booking Widget (iFrame Generator)

• Find the auto-generated widget at the bottom of this section.
• Copy the iFrame or Link and embed it into your website.
• Customize the widget color using hex color codes (e.g., #FF5733).
  
  Only certain parts will reflect the change.
  
  

At the very end of the page, you'll also find a direct link you can copy.
This is the in-app booking link that you can easily send to clients so they can book directly online.

Online Payment Rule

Choose how clients handle payments:

• Optional: Clients can pay online or on-premise.
  
  
• Mandatory: Everyone must pay online except trusted clients.
  
  
• Never: No online payment; everyone pays at the front desk.
  
  

How to add Trusted Clients:
Go to client’s profile > Click Edit > Tick “Trusted”
