This Section Allows You To Customize How Your Business Appears Online And Control What Clients Can Do Through The Booking System
Business Branding & Overview
- Upload your business picture and logo
- Add an overview or welcome message to introduce your business
- Insert a link (e.g., your Instagram page or website) for clients to explore more about you
Booking Preferences (Checkbox Options)
✅ Online Class Booking
Enable this to allow clients to book classes online.
Note: This should be enabled if you're using pass-based or preselected unlimited packages (or both).
✅ Register Before Booking
Allow clients to register before booking.
Recommended when using preselected packages that need client selection ahead of time.
✅ Online Booking Fields
Enable this if you want clients to book fields or courts online.
✅ Hide "Download IN2 App"
Tick this if you don't want the “Download IN2 Application” banner to appear on your website.
✅ Show Booking Message
Add a custom message that will appear to clients the first time they book—use this to welcome them or give booking instructions.
✅ Online Activity Bookings
Let clients book group activities directly from the app.
✅ Online PT Service Bookings
Enable booking for personal training or one-on-one sessions through the app.
✅ Enable Receipt Email
Automatically send payment receipts to clients after successful transactions.
✅ Enable Number of Attendees on the App
Show the number of attendees per class so clients can see how many spots are filled.
✅ Enable Cancellation for Rentals
Allow clients to cancel rentals directly from the app.
Online Booking Widget (iFrame Generator)
-At the bottom of this section, you’ll find an auto-generated booking widget in the form of an iframe or link.
-This can be copied and pasted into your website by your developer or IT team. It will display a live booking window directly on your site, and all actions will sync automatically with IN2.
-You can also customize the widget color by inserting hex color codes (e.g., #FF5733)—please note that only certain parts of the widget will reflect the color change.
💳 Online Payment Rules
Choose how payments are handled for online bookings:
- Optional – Clients can choose to pay online or in person
- Mandatory – All must pay online except trusted clients
- Never – Disable online payments; all clients pay on-premise
- Connect a Payment Gateway
Link your preferred payment provider like TAP, Whish, or Stripe to start accepting online payments securely.
- Online Booking Link
Your unique online booking link can be copied and shared with clients or added to your social media pages (e.g., Instagram bio) so clients can easily book from anywhere.
Don't forget to click "Save" after making any updates to apply your changes.
