Run Smooth Sales with the POS Module 

The Point of Sale (POS) Module is built for fast, efficient, and flexible transactions. Whether you're selling products, applying credits, or tracking client balances—this is your go-to arena. Here's how to win at it:


Search & Select

  1. Search for the product you’re selling.

  2. Select the Client Name from the dropdown.

    • Don’t see them? Create a New Client instantly from the same dropdown.


 Adjust Quantity & Discounts

  • Use the + / - buttons to add or reduce quantity.

  • The Total updates automatically.

  • Want to give a deal? Apply a Discount right below.


Choose a Payment Method

You’ve got options:

  • Cash (USD)

  • Card

  • Credits – If the client has account credit

  • On Account – Let the client buy now and pay later

Once the client is selected, their existing balance (credit or outstanding) will appear—helping you make informed decisions on the spot.


Add Details (Optional)

  • Reference Number and Notes can be added if needed.


✅ Final Steps

  • Click Submit to complete the sale

  • Optionally, click Print Invoice for a physical copy

  • Not happy with the sale info? Tap Clear All to reset


 Delivery Status

In the same window, set the product delivery status:

  • Ordered, Delivered to Client, Ready, Sent, or At Branch


Quick Access Shortcuts (Top Right)

  • POS Settings – Add/edit items, set minimum quantity, etc.

  • Sales History – Instantly review all past transactions
