Forgot Your IN2 Password? Learn How Clients And Staff Can Reset Their Login Credentials Easily Via The App, Portal, Or Company Settings

 

Forgot Password? (Portal & App)

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. You'll see a message: "A reset password email has been sent to you!"
  3. Check your inbox and click Set a New Password.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.
  5. That’s it! Your password is now updated.

Reset Password for Staff or Send Credentials

  1. Head to Company Settings > Staff.
  2. Find the staff member and click View next to their name.
  3. Click Reset Password and Send Email.
  4. Their old password will be disabled, and a confirmation message will appear.
  5. The staff member will get an email with their new credentials—remind them to check their inbox!
