Forgot Your IN2 Password? Learn How Clients And Staff Can Reset Their Login Credentials Easily Via The App, Portal, Or Company Settings
Forgot Password? (Portal & App)
- Click Forgot Password on the login page.
- You'll see a message: "A reset password email has been sent to you!"
- Check your inbox and click Set a New Password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- That’s it! Your password is now updated.
Reset Password for Staff or Send Credentials
- Head to Company Settings > Staff.
- Find the staff member and click View next to their name.
- Click Reset Password and Send Email.
- Their old password will be disabled, and a confirmation message will appear.
- The staff member will get an email with their new credentials—remind them to check their inbox!
