Easily Log Client Payments In The System—Select The Method, Allocate To Invoices, And Confirm With Just A Few Clicks
How to Record a Received Payment
Need to log a payment from a client? Here’s how to do it fast and right ✅
Step-by-Step:
- Go to the Client's Profile
Find your client by searching their name and open their profile. - Click on the Balance Indicator
This shows you their current balance and options related to payments. - Select "Receive Payment"
You’ll now be prompted to enter the payment details. - Choose the Branch (if applicable)
Useful if your business has multiple locations - Select the Payment Method
Pick how the client paid—cash, card, bank transfer, or other available options - Confirm the Amount & Allocate It
Make sure the amount is correct and allocate it to the right invoice (this is key ). - Press "Confirm"
Once everything looks good—click Confirm to finalize the transaction.
This ensures the payment is properly recorded, tracked, and linked to the correct invoice.
