How to freeze a package?​Want to freeze a package for a client?
All you need to do is to focus on these steps:​
1. Go to “Company Settings” from the main side menu.
2. Select “Packages”
3. Switch to “Packages Freeze”
4. Click on “Add Freeze Type” and fill out the required info.
You now have your freeze conditions all set up.​
You will now need to manually freeze the package for each client🙋:​
1. Go to “Clients” from the main side menu .
2. Choose your client’s profile.
3. Identify the package you want to freeze and select “View”
4. Click on “Freeze” and fill out the required information
5. Choose your freeze type, duration and dates.
​Would you like to set a freeze fee? No worries, your client will be charged accordingly. You can always leave it free of charge.​
