Control How Waitlists Work In Your Booking System—Set Limits, Automate Movement, And Define Rules For Clients Who Owe Sessions
Make your client experience smoother by customizing how waitlists work in your online booking flow.
To access waitlist settings:
📍Go to Company Settings > Online Booking > Additional Online Booking
✅ Disable Waitlist
Turn this on if you don’t want to offer a waitlist option at all. Clients won’t be able to join a waitlist once a class is full.
✅ Disable Session Owed for Waitlist
Enabling this setting will block clients who owe sessions from joining the waitlist.
📌 Waitlist Limit
Set how many clients can be added to the waitlist for each session.
🔄 Automated Client Movement
Let the system do the work for you when spots open up!
When Staff Cancels a Booking: The first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class.
When a Client Cancels a Booking: The first waitlisted client is moved into the class and notified by email.
📱 What Clients See
Once the waitlist is active, the “Book Now” button in the app will show as Waitlist when a session is full—making it clear they’re joining a queue instead of getting a spot right away.
