This Section Allows You To Manage And Organize All Your Scheduled Classes/Events In One Place

Filtering and Viewing Schedules

  • You must first filter by branch if you have more than one, or simply select “All Branches” to view schedules across all locations.

  • By default, only active schedules are shown.

    • To view past or inactive schedules, tick “Inactive Teams” to display them.


 Understanding Schedule Details

Each schedule card will display:

  • Number of Registered Clients – Only includes clients who have preselected unlimited packages.

  • Number of Events – The number of class occurrences under that schedule name.

🛈 If the registered clients show “0”, it might be because attendees do not have preselected unlimited packages.


⚙️ Actions You Can Take on a Schedule

Click the 3-dot menu next to a schedule to:

  • Edit the Schedule Title
  • View Details – See all attendees and their info
  • Add Schedule – Add a new event to the schedule
  • Edit Packages – Allocate or update the valid packages for this schedule
  • Edit Levels – Assign levels (e.g., Beginner, Intermediate) to all events under the schedule
  • Print Attendance Sheet – Generate a printable list of attendees
    All of the above apply to all events under the selected schedule.


 Editing Individual Events

To manage a specific event within a schedule:

  • Click directly on the event.
  • You’ll see these event-level actions:

    • Delete – ⚠️ Not recommended; it’s better to cancel the class.

    • Make Mandatory – Bind this event as required if part of a mandatory series.

Schedule Extend – Repeat this event (Daily, Weekly, Biweekly, etc.) and set the end date or number of occurrences.
