MANAGE CHILDREN AND SIBLINGS

 Creating A Child Or Sibling Profile

To add a child to your system:

  1. Go to the Clients section from the left side menu.

  2. Click on Add > Select Child.

  3. Fill in the child’s details.

  4. Add parent information, especially the parent’s email (this is the email they’ll use to log into the app).


Adding and Managing Siblings

Easily group children under one parent account for more efficient management of:

  • Profiles
  • Bookings
  • Packages
  • Payments
  • Communication

✅ Steps to Link Siblings:

  1. Go to Clients from the side menu.

  2. Add a new Child Profile, or open an existing one.

  3. While adding/editing the child, link them to a parent account (select an existing adult or create a new one).

    • Important: Use the same parent email across all siblings to ensure proper linkage.

  4. Repeat this process for each sibling you want to link.

Once done, all siblings will be grouped under a single parent account.


What Parents See in the App

  • When logged in, the parent profile appears first.

  • Swiping left lets them switch between their children’s profiles.

  • Parents can view each child’s packages and make bookings for them.

  • They also have the option to add a child directly from the app.
