Adding An Adult Client
To register a new adult client in the system:
✅ Steps to Add:
- Go to Clients – From the left-hand side menu.
- Click “Add Client” – Select the Add Client button.
- Select “Adult” – Choose the Adult client type.
- Fill in the Required Information:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address (recommended for login & communication)
- Full Name

- Gender & Date of Birth (optional but useful for segmentation)
- Gender & Date of Birth (optional but useful for segmentation)
- Assign Tags or Categories (optional) – To help with filtering and client management.
- Click Save – This creates the adult client profile.
Client Profile Overview
Once the adult client is added, their profile will show:
- Packages
- Activities Attended
- Field Reservations (if any)
- Invoices
- Notes or Tags
You can also:
- Issue memberships
- Enroll them in sessions
- Generate invoices
🚫 Blacklist Feature
You can blacklist a client directly from their profile:
- Click the Blacklist button (found near the client's name).
- A confirmation pop-up will appear:
“Are you sure you want to blacklist ‘Client’s Name’? Client won't be able to use online booking services!”
- ✅ If you confirm, the client will be blacklisted.
- ⚠️ Note: They will still remain booked in any future sessions unless manually removed.
- ✅ If you confirm, the client will be blacklisted.
- If the blacklisted client tries to book through the app, they’ll receive this message:
“Unfortunately, your account is currently blacklisted which prevents you from booking online. Please contact customer support for further information.” - To remove a client from the blacklist, click the Blacklist icon again:
“Are you sure you want to remove ‘Client’s Name’ from the blacklist?”
- Confirming will restore the client’s ability to book online.

Blacklisted Clients Report
You can also track and manage all blacklisted clients through the Blacklisted Clients Report in the reporting section.
Profile Field Settings (Optional & Required Info)
While editing the client profile, click on the Settings (⚙️) icon at the top right. From here you can define:
- Which fields are required
- Which are just visible
- Or both
For example:
- Email → Required
- Birthday → Optional
This helps tailor your registration form based on your business preferences.
