Welcome to the Xero Integration guide for the in2 system!
This guide will walk you through how in2 syncs your financial activity with Xero, so your accounting stays organized without any manual work. 


1.  What is Xero Integration?

Xero is a powerful online accounting platform that helps you track invoices, payments, credit notes, and more.

With the in2 integration, your sales and financial records are automatically pushed to Xero — keeping your books clean and your accountant happy!

⚠️ This is a one-way sync from in2 to Xero.

All transactions done on in2 will reflect in Xero — not the other way around.


2. What is Sent from in2 to Xero?

Here’s everything that will be pushed from in2 into your Xero account:

📅 Booking Transactions (with “Book and Pay Now” only)

  • Class bookings

  • Field bookings

  • Private service bookings

  • Online portal bookings

  • Buying a package for a client

These are pushed only if an invoice and receipt are created during booking.


 Sales & Payments

  • POS Sales

  • Product Returns

  • Package purchases

  • Credit notes

  • Payments (received from clients)

  • Expenses

  • Receive Payments


Manual Actions

  • Buying a package for a client (through front desk or back office)


Deletions (Reversed Transactions)

If any of these actions are deleted in in2, the deletion will also reflect in Xero:

  • Delete a Customer Membership

  • Delete Client Attendance or PT Booking with single session or cancellation fee

  • Cancel Bookings or Reservations

  • Delete Package Freezes

  • Assign a package to an attendance with single session or cancellation fee (deletion)

  • Delete Credit Notes / Receipts / Payments (Refunds)


3. Clients in Xero

  • Clients created on in2 with a Client ID will also appear in Xero with the same ID

  • All your clients are automatically synced — no need to double-enter them!


4. What is Created in Xero

  • POS items, Customer Memberships, and Single Sessions in in2 will be created in Xero as Items

  • All invoices, receipts, credit notes, and refunds will be automatically generated in Xero
