Welcome to the X-Cally Integration guide for the in2 system!
This guide will walk you through how to activate WhatsApp messages for specific events in your client journey—so you can create automated, personal touches without lifting a finger.
1. What is X-Cally Integration?
X-Cally is a cloud-based communication tool that connects with your in2 account to automatically send WhatsApp messages for key moments in your client’s lifecycle.
⚠️ Only WhatsApp is supported for now. No other channels are enabled.
2. When Will Clients Receive Messages?
Once integrated, clients will receive WhatsApp messages in these 5 cases:
2.1 Package Purchase
Sent when a client buys a new package via online payment or front desk.
Message includes:
- Client’s name
- Package expiry date
- Payment amount
- Your business name + website link
- Link to your support center
2.2 Client Birthday
Sent 1 day before a client’s birthday.
Message includes:
- Personalized birthday wish
- Exclusive offer or discount (valid only on their birthday)
- Link to claim the offer
- Your business contact details
2.3 Membership Anniversary
Sent every year on the date the client joined your business.
Message includes:
- Anniversary message with appreciation
- Discounted offer
- Website and contact center links
2.4 Branded App Sign-Up
When a user signs up and receives their branded app credentials, a WhatsApp message can be sent with:
- Login credentials
- App download link
- Welcome message
2.5 Membership Expiry
Sent as a reminder before or on the day of membership expiration, encouraging renewal and continued engagement.
3. How to Set Up X-Cally with in2
Here’s how to get the integration running:
- Create a X-Cally account

- Send your message templates to in2
- In both Arabic and English (if needed)
- Templates must follow in2’s email format
- Templates must be approved by X-Cally
