SET UP YOUR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Want To Reach Clients Directly On Their Phones? 📲 If You Have A Branded App, You Can Send Custom Push Notifications Manually
Here’s how to do it:
Step-by-Step Guide (For Branded App Users)
- Go to the Clients Module
Head to the left side menu and click on Clients. - Click “Send” on the Right
You’ll see a Send button—click it. - Choose “Push Notification”
Select the Push Notification option. - Select Your Clients
✅ Choose who you want to send the notification to (you can select multiple clients). - Write the Notification
- Title: Keep it short and punchy
- Template: Write the body of the message—make it action-driven!
- Optional: Select a package to promote—it’ll be linked in the message.

- Click “Send”
Once sent, the client will receive a push notification. If they click on it, they’ll be taken directly to purchase the linked package.
What If You Don’t Have a Branded App?
No problem! Clients will still receive automated notifications from the IN2 App under specific conditions:
✅ Class or PT Session Reminder
“You have a class coming up today at 6:00 PM.”
✅ Class Cancellation
If a class is canceled, the system notifies the client automatically.
✅ Waitlist Movement
“You've been moved from the waitlist to {Class Name}—don’t forget to confirm!”
✅ Class/Activity Review
After attending a class or session, clients receive a prompt to rate & review the experience
✅ In-App Chat Messages
If chat is enabled in a specific class or activity, and a message is sent, clients will get notified.
Heads-Up:
- Manual push notifications (custom messages) are only available for branded app users.
- Automated notifications like cancellations, reminders, waitlist updates, and chat messages are active for all users via the IN2 app.
