HOW TO CHANGE THE LOCATION OF YOUR BUSINESS IN THE APP
Update Your Company And Branch Location To Ensure Customers See The Correct Address.
Keeping your business location accurate in the app helps customers find you easily. If your address is displayed incorrectly or you recently moved, you can update it by adjusting your company and branch settings.
1. Update your main business location

Open the left side menu.

Go to Company Settings.

Select Basic Business Settings.

Click on the Location field and enter your correct address.
The location field is integrated with Google Maps, so make sure your business is already listed on Google Maps for best accuracy.
2. Update your branch location
If you have branches, confirm that the address is correct there as well:

Go to Company Settings.

Select Branches.
-
Click the Edit icon (pen).

Search for and update the Branch Location.
Ensuring both your main business address and branch details are accurate will keep the app's map location correct for all users.
