CREATE YOUR FIELDS

Set Up And Manage Sports Fields In Your System. Learn How To Add Fields, Create Usage Plans, Enable Rentals, And Configure Booking Availability

To add a field, start by going to Manage Fields, then click on "Add".

Field Name & Description – Enter a clear name and an optional description for the field.
Total Field or Split Option – Choose whether the field will be used as a whole or split into smaller subfields.


Creating a Field Plan

After creating the field, click "Add Plan" to set up its usage details:

Category – Select the field category (e.g., football, tennis).
Pitch Name – Give the field a recognizable name.
Capacity – Set the maximum number of players allowed.
PT Capacity – Optionally set a personal training capacity.
Online Booking – Enable online booking if you'd like clients to reserve this field online.
Display Options – You can choose to hide the field's picture and size on the client-facing widget.


Renting the Field

If the field is available for rental:

Set a Price & Duration – Define the rental duration and the corresponding price.

Schedule Availability – Finally, configure when the field is available for booking.
