The Private Sessions Report gives you an overview of all the personal training appointments and private services offered within your business. This report helps you track and analyze each one-on-one service across a specific time period.
Where to Find It
- Go to the left-hand menu in the IN2 system.
- Click on Reports.
- Select the Private Sessions Report from the list.
What the Report Displays
This report shows a detailed table for each private session including:
- Session Name – The title of the private service.
- Package Price – Cost of the session or package used.
- Trainer – The staff member who delivered the service.
- Service – Type of private appointment provided.
- Client Name – The client who attended the session.
- Date & Time – When the session took place.
- Package Used – Membership or package applied.
- Attendance Status – Indicates if the session was completed, pending, or cancelled.
Filtering Options
You can refine the report using the following filters:
- Date Range – Select a specific day, week, or month.
- Attendance Status – Filter by:
- Pending
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Early Cancelled
- Pending
- Trainer – View performance by specific instructors.
- Service Type – Focus on individual private service categories.
- Branch – Filter by business location.
- Field – View based on the facility where the service was delivered.
- Group By Options:
- By Month
- By Week
