CHECK YOUR POS REPORT

Track Retail Performance With The POS Sales Report. Analyze Product Sales, Profit Margins, Discounts, And Taxes Across Branches And Clients—All In One Place

This is your go-to report to track POS sales performance across products, clients, branches, and more.


📍 Where to Find It:

  • Go to Reports from the left side menu

  • Under the POS section, click on POS Report


Columns Overview:

➡️ Click on the small table icon (top right of the report) to add/remove columns for better clarity and customization.

Here’s what each of the 16 columns represents:

  1. Invoice Number – Unique ID for the transaction

  2. Client Name – The client who made the purchase

  3. Transaction Date – When the sale took place

  4. Code – Item code you set in POS Settings

  5. Item Name – Name of the product sold

  6. Brand Name – Brand assigned to the item

  7. Category – Product category (e.g., Apparel, Gear, Supplements)

  8. Quantity – Number of units sold

  9. Cost of Item Sold – What the item cost you (not selling price)

  10. Selling Price – Price at which the item was sold

  11. Discount – Discount applied (if any)

  12. Net Selling Price – Final selling price after discount

  13. Profit – Gross profit (Selling Price - Cost)

  14. Tax – Tax applied on the sale

  15. Net Profit After Tax – Profit after tax is deducted

  16. Status – Current order status (Ordered, Delivered, Sent, etc. — as explained in the POS module)


Totals (Bottom of Report):

At the bottom, based on selected dates or months, you’ll see:

  • Total Quantity

  • Total Costs

  • Total Sales

  • Total Profits

  • Total Earnings

This gives you a quick financial summary for the selected period.


Report Filters (Top of Report):

 Group By Options – Choose how to break down your sales:

  • As Simple

  • Per Item

  • Per Brand

  • Per Category

  • Per Best Sellers

Branch & Warehouse Filters:

  • Filter your report per branch or per warehouse if you're tracking inventory across locations.

Report Options:

  • Show Non-Stock Items – Include service-based or digital products

  • Show Payment Info – View payment details for each transaction


Export & Search Features:

  • Export the report to Excel using the Export button on the top right – great for deeper analysis or sharing

  •  Use the Search Box to quickly find any invoice, item name, brand, or client


Tip: This report is perfect for monitoring margins, spotting best-selling items, tracking inventory movements, and reviewing how discounts and taxes impact your bottom line.
