The Payment Reminders Report Helps You Manage And Track All Pending Payments From Clients Who Still Owe Money. It's A Simple But Powerful Tool For Staying On Top Of Your Receivables

 Where to Find It

  • Navigate to the Reports module in the IN2 system.

  • Go to the Financial section.

  • Click on Payment Reminders.


What the Report Displays

This report provides a table with the following information:

  • Description – Notes or details about the payment reminder.

  • Client Name – The name of the client who owes the payment.

  • Phone Number – Client's contact number.

  • Email Address – Client's email for follow-up.

  • Amount – The total amount that is due.

  • Due Date – Deadline by which the payment should be settled.

  • Actions Column – Where you can take one of the following actions:

    • Receive Payment – Settle the payment and record the transaction.

    • ☑️ Mark as Paid – Confirm the payment was completed outside the system.

    • Delete Reminder – Remove the reminder entirely from the list.


⚠️ No Filters Available

  • This report does not have filtering options.

  • It always shows the full list of outstanding payment reminders that exist in the system.
