How to Track Expiring Packages
This guide will walk you through the process of viewing and managing packages that are active, expired, or nearing expiration within the system.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the Report Section:
- Go to the left-hand side menu on the IN2 system.
- Click on Reports.
- Under the Packages section, select “Membership Expiry Report.”

Understanding the Report Filters
Once you're in the Membership Expiry Report, you’ll be able to view and filter data based on the package status:
- Active – Shows all currently active packages with their expiry dates.
- Expired – Lists all packages that have already expired.
- Near Expiry – Displays packages that are about to expire soon.
- Expired Not Renewed – Shows packages that expired but haven’t been renewed yet.
- Expired Inactive – Displays expired packages where the clients are no longer active.
Additional Filter Options
To help you refine the data, you can use several advanced filters:
- Filter by Date – Choose a specific expiry date range to narrow your view.
- Contract Packs Only – Tick the checkbox to show only contract-based packages.
- Client Branches – Filter results based on different branches of your business.
- Specific Package Name – View packages tied to a particular product or package name.
Exporting & Communication Options
- Export to Excel – Click the export button to download your filtered data.
- Send Customized Emails – Send expiration reminders directly to clients using the email option.
Customize Your Report View
- On the top-right corner of the report, just under the search bar, you'll find a small "Edit Columns" window.
- Click on it to customize your visible columns based on the information you need.
- You can add or remove data points such as client details, branch names, or package types.
