The Outstanding Balance Report helps you track and manage client payments at a glance. It breaks down:
Balance Types
- On Account Balance: Amounts clients still owe.
- Credits Balance: Extra payments or credits clients have in their accounts.
- Total Balance: Combined total of On Account + Credit Balances.
Filters & Customization
Date Range
Choose the range that suits your needs — from a single day up to All Time.
⚙️ Report Type
Under Show Balance Report, you can choose how to view the data:
- As Simple – a straightforward list
- Per Client Branch – organize results by the client’s assigned branch
- Per Transaction Branch – organize results by where the transaction occurred
Report Options
Click the Report Option button to apply the following filters:
- Transaction Branch
- Client Branch
Communication Features
Send Emails
You can select clients from the report and send them:
- A custom reminder email regarding their pending payments or credits.
- A Payment Link directly (can also be sent from the client’s information tab).

Additional Tools
Edit Columns
Click the Edit Columns button (bottom right of the search tab) to show/hide client information in the report.
E.g., add/remove fields like name, phone number, email, branch, etc.
Export Report
Easily export your report to Excel for internal use or sharing.
