Track Client Progress With The Client Level History Report—See Current And Past Levels, Duration Spent At Each Level, And Average Time Across All Clients

 

This report helps you track how long clients have spent at each level and monitor their progression over time.

🧾 Columns Breakdown:

  • Client Name – The name of the client.

  • Level – The client’s current level.

  • Date – The date they were assigned to the current level.

  • Time in Days (Current Level) – How many days they’ve been in the current level.

  • Previous Level – The level the client was in before the current one.

  • Previous Level Date – The date they were assigned to that previous level.

  • Time in Days (Previous Level) – How long they spent in the previous level.

📈 At the End of the Report:

Average Time in Current Level – This is calculated as:

Total time (in days) all clients spent in the current level
