CHECK YOUR CLASS ATTENDANCE REPORT

Easily Manage Class Attendance: Mark Present, Late, No-Show, Or Cancellations; Add Attendees; And Submit Records Via Desktop Or App

To take attendance, start by heading to the Training Session or Classes module in the Activities section. Choose the desired schedule, then enter the session.

If the client is already enrolled, simply click on "Signed Up" next to their name and mark their status as:

  • Present

  • Late Arrival

  • Late Cancelled

  • No Show

Need to save time? Use the Bulk Attendance option. For example, if all students are present, just click "Present", then select all students with one tap.

If the client isn’t enrolled in the class, click "Add Attendee" to add an existing client. If it’s someone new, you can also create a new client profile directly from this screen.


Taking Attendance from the App

Instructors and sub-trainers can also take attendance directly from the mobile app—same process, same ease of use.

Add Attendee or create a new client right from the app.
Note: Bulk attendance is not currently available in the app.

Once you're done, simply click Submit Attendance to save everything.
