CHECK THE INCOMPLETE MEMBERSHIP REPORT

Track Pending Or Uninvoiced Packages With The Incomplete Memberships Report. Quickly Identify, Invoice, And Finalize Memberships To Avoid Revenue Gaps

This report helps you track and manage memberships that are not yet fully processed—whether due to missing invoices or incomplete actions.


📌 Package Status Definitions

  • Incomplete Package:
    The package hasn't been started or was manually completed but still needs to be invoiced.

  • Pending Package:
    The client has already attended a session (start date exists), but the package has not been invoiced yet—payment is still pending.

  • Invoiced Package:
    The package has been invoiced and started. Payment is confirmed, and the client has attended a session.


Saving an Incomplete Package on the Portal

When a staff member is purchasing a package for a client through the portal, they have the option to save it as incomplete to finish later.

A confirmation pop-up will appear:
“Are you sure you want to save this membership to complete later?”

This is useful when the transaction isn't ready to be finalized—so it appears in the Incomplete Memberships Report for follow-up.


🔍 How to Use the Report

  1. Go to the Reports section.

  2. Select Incomplete Memberships Report.

  3. Choose a date range to filter results.

  4. The report will show:

    • Client Name

    • Date Created (when the package was added)

    • Package Status (e.g., Uninvoiced, Incomplete)

    • Actions:

      • Invoice – Issue an invoice.

      • Complete – Finalize the membership.


Export Option

Export the report anytime for internal tracking or follow-up
