CHECK FREEZE MEMBERSHIP REPORT
Track And Manage Paused Memberships With The Freeze Report. View Freeze Types, Durations, And Affected Packages To Maintain Accurate Client And Revenue Records
The Freeze Report helps you track memberships that have been temporarily paused. Here’s what each column includes:

Client Name |
The name of the client |

Membership Name |
The membership/package that is frozen |

Membership Start Date |
When the membership originally started |
|
Membership Expiry Date |
When the membership is set to expire (not counting the freeze) |

Freeze Type |
The type of freeze (e.g. sick leave, vacation…) created in Packages section |
|
Freeze Start |
The date the freeze begins |
|
Freeze End |
The date the freeze ends |
|
Duration |
Total number of freeze days |
Report Filters
You can filter the Freeze Report by:
- Membership
- Branch
- Date Range – Select the exact time period you want to review.
How to Create a Freeze Type
- Go to Company Settings
- Click on Packages
- Go to Packages Freeze
- Click Add Freeze Type
- Fill in:
- Name of the freeze type (e.g., Sick Leave, Vacation)
- Price (if applicable)
- Duration (e.g., 7 days)
- Status (Enable/Disable)
- Name of the freeze type (e.g., Sick Leave, Vacation)
- You also have the option to delete a freeze type from this section.
How to Apply a Freeze to a Client’s Membership
- Go to the client's profile
- Click View next to the active membership/package
- Click on Freeze
- Select:
- The Freeze Type
- Duration
- Start Date and End Date
- Add any notes if needed
- The Freeze Type
- Save your changes.
