SETTING UP PAYMENT METHODS
The Payment Methods Section Allows You To Customize How Payments Are Processed In Your Business
You can:
- Add multiple payment methods
- Set commission rules
- Configure foreign currency options
✅ Adding a New Payment Method
Follow these steps when creating a new payment method:
1️⃣ Enter the Payment Method Name
- Example: Cash USD, Visa, Bank Transfer, etc.
2️⃣ Select the Account Type
Choose from:
- Cash
- Card
- Cheque
- Bank Transfer
3️⃣ Apply Commission Rules (optional)
- Set the commission percentage or a fixed amount if applicable.
4️⃣ Select Applicable Branches
- Choose which branches can use this payment method.
✅ Foreign Currency Option
If this payment method involves foreign currency, enable the "Foreign" option and configure:
- ✅ Currency Type – Select the appropriate foreign currency.
- ✅ Conversion Type – Choose the conversion logic:
- Divided by – For converting from foreign to local currency
- Multiplied by – For converting to a different currency
- Divided by – For converting from foreign to local currency
- ✅ Conversion Rate – Set the exchange rate.
✅ Saving & Managing Payment Methods
- 💾 Click "Save" to confirm your changes.
- ✏️ Edit & Remove – You can always modify or delete a payment method as needed.
