1.  Dashboard Overview

The Manager Dashboard provides a high-level overview of key business metrics related to revenue, client activity, and attendance. It’s designed to give you immediate insights into your operations with options to dive deeper into each area.


2. Top Section: Financial and Client Summary

2.1  Cash and Sales Report Summary

  • This section displays a quick summary of your total cash inflows and sales revenue.

  • Figures reflect real-time financial performance.

  • The sales summary shows the source of each sale (e.g., regular sale, private session, POS, or other).

  • The cash summary displays the breakdown of amounts received via different payment methods.

  • ➡️ A small arrow icon in the top-right corner allows you to navigate to a detailed financial report.

2.2  Active Clients

  • Shows the number of currently active clients using your services. 📈
  • For improved accessibility and insights, the dashboard has been updated to include the following metrics for the staffs’ reference:

    • Active Clients: shows the total number of Active Clients for the business in the selected time period.
    • Unique Visitors: counts any client that has a reservation during the time period.
    • New Clients: counts any new client that has purchased a new package in the selected time period
  • Indicates whether active clients are new visitors or newly registered clients.

  • Useful for tracking engagement levels.

  • ➡️ Click the arrow in the corner for a breakdown of client data.


3.  Middle Section: Attendance Metrics

This area shows participation in various services, each with a summary and detailed navigation option.

3.1 Class Attendance

  • Displays the total number of class attendees along with the occupancy rate (percentage of available spots filled). 
  • Shows the total number of classes given, total available slots, clients registered, and clients who actually attended.

  • ➡️ Includes an arrow for detailed class attendance reports.

3.2  Private Sessions

  • Shows total attendees for private sessions and their respective occupancy rate.

  • Displays the number of completed private training sessions, those not yet completed, and sessions that were cancelled.

  • ➡️ Use the arrow icon to access deeper insights into private session bookings.

3.3  Rentals

  • Displays the number of completed rentals, those pending or not yet completed, and cancelled rentals.

  • ➡️ A detailed report is accessible via the arrow in the top-right corner.


4.  Bottom Section: Visual Data - Graphs and Trends

Two key graphs provide a visual representation of your business trends.

4.1 💹 Financial Trends Graph

  • This graph tracks cash inflows and overall sales over time.

  • Helps you identify growth patterns or seasonal shifts.

4.2  Occupancy Trends Graph

  • Visualizes the occupancy across classes, private sessions, and rentals.

  • Useful for identifying peak usage times and underutilized services.


5.  Navigating to Detailed Reports

For every section on the dashboard (Sales, Cash, Class Attendance, Private Sessions, Rentals):

  • A small arrow icon ➡️ appears in the top-right of each summary box.

  • Clicking this icon redirects you to a full report for that category, offering detailed breakdowns and historical data.
