How to Hide Canceled Classes

Go to Company Settings
From your dashboard, head to Company Settings. -
Click Online Booking from the left-hand menu.

Scroll to Additional Online Booking Settings

Tick "Hide Canceled"
✅ After canceling a class, make sure to tick this setting manually—it’s not automatic.
This tells the system to remove the canceled class from the app view.
Reminder: You’ll need to repeat this each time you cancel a class if you want it hidden from clients.
How to Hide a Specific Class While Deleting
If you’re deleting a schedule instead of canceling:

Make sure "Hide from Online Classes" is ticked ✅ during the deletion process.
This ensures the class is not visible anywhere online.
